Brynn Marie

Brynn Marie, a singer/songwriter from the small coal mining town of Carmichaels, Pennsylvania, has been captivating audiences with her powerful vocals, relatable songs and down to earth personality for years. Her musical journey began as a child when she joined the family worship band and continued through her teenage years with a country band she formed that played all over Pennsylvania, West Virginia and Ohio.

After years of performing with her band, she had an opportunity to entertain the troops in the Middle East. Brynn toured and performed for troops in Kawait, Djibouti, UAE, Qatar and Bahrain. She performed 18 shows in 3 weeks!  Brynn also landed another Armed Forces Entertainment tour for 2 weeks in Puerto Rico, performing for the U.S. Coast Guards and their families.

 

Once in Nashville, Brynn become a sponge soaking up all the music industry information she could. Through chance connections and God’s grace, Brynn was able to record her dream debut EP Things Change at the legendary Blackbird Studios in Nashville with a who’s who of session players. The EP was co-produced by Brynn Marie, engineered by Drew Bollman (Keith Urban, Taylor Swift, Kenny Chesney) and mixed by Derek Bason (Carrie Underwood, Kelly Clarkson). Things Change is a blend of country, rock, pop and is a beautiful collection of melodies, performances and integrity

 

Shortly after releasing the album, Brynn was given an once in a lifetime opportunity to open for rock icon Pat Benatar. During sound check before the show, she heard an applause from the audience that happened to be coming from Benatar and her husband Neil Giraldo . They invited Brynn backstage and connected immediately while discussing the music business. After the show, Benatar invited Brynn on the road as her opening act for 40 show dates. In addition to that rock icon, Brynn Marie boasts opening slots for REO Speedwagon, Loverboy and also toured with Cheap Trick and Heart.

 

Currently, Brynn is working on new music and giving hope and inspiring with the Fight 2 Fight movement she created with her husband.

 

Fight 2 Fight (F2F)  is a worldwide movement created by Brynn and her husband, professional boxer Josh “Handsome Hitman” Himes. Together they are passionate about using their talents of music and boxing as a catalyst to give hope and inspire “everyday” fighters. F2F believes that everyone is a fighter because every day we face a fight! They use boxing to empower the mind and body while music fuels the soul. This powerful combo gives fighters the motivation they need to keep fighting!

 

Brynn has been featured on HGTV’S House Hunters and CBS’ Candy Crush, a competitive game show with host Mario Lopez.

 

Her latest single, “Phoenix,” was inspired while her husband was training for an upcoming boxing match and her older brother fighting cancer. It’s available on all digitals outlets and is the official theme song for Fight 2 Fight.
